The bar food and beer are outstanding. This is the best spot in the area for a delicious burger alongside a refreshing cold beer.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. Harvey puts a lot of effort into his work behind the bar, and Elyssia is the best bartender I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by.

I had the worst wings I've ever experienced. I requested them extra crispy, but they arrived chewy and far from the crispiness I expected. The sauce was equally disappointing. On a positive note, our waitress was fantastic and very apologetic about the situation.

After three years back in Moosic, I finally got to check out this place in Scranton for lunch today, and I was not disappointed. After checking out their menu and a few of their reviews on Facebook and asking a regular for a recommendation, I decided to order their filet mignon burger with house beer batter fries instead of chips and a glass of their sweet iced tea. The burger was as good as advertised, with a pile of sliced steak on a roll, and the fries had a nice batter that was crunchy but not too crunchy with soft potatoes inside. My sweet tea was perfect, too, with a terrific taste that was not too sweet and no bitter aftertaste. I think everything was made on the premises. I would rate the meal a 5/5, and the place has a great sports bar atmosphere and some nice locals at the bar, so I will definitely be back to try their large selection of other food and beer available on tap or in bottles, including some of my favorites. Who needs pizza when you can have a filet mignon burger, beer fries, and sweet tea or beer less than three miles from home . . . Just kidding, I will be heading to one of my favorite Old Forge pizza places soon for another one of my favorite meals, Old Forge pizza.
