Ordered ribs and the crab boil plate . Good size portions and the food was alright . They forgot to bring the dinner rolls and the server was a bit inattentive.

Went to try Cholla but could not get in without a reservation. The menu for The Willows looked similar so we decided to try it. Ordered crab cakes as an appetizer and they were brought out after the salad with our entrees. Salads were simple but OK. Crabcakes were decent. We should have stopped there. Saturday night prime rib tasted like leftovers from friday. Dry and basicallytasteless. Mac and cheese side tasted like someone forgot to add cheese to the bechamel sauce but the baked potato was good.Sausage and peppers pasta was watery and also basically tasteless. The sauce was definitely mismatched with the overcooked pennepasta. The sausage slices had some flavor but not enough to make up for the rest of the dish. Nothing to come back for.

We loved it here, our experience was amazing, super awesome great security,(shadow says hi? awesome atmosphere in the casino, we won some and lost a lil, but the food was super awesome at both Willows and salt river cafe, the service was 5 stars at both and we had an awesome experience with extra awesome sauce during our 6day stay. We will recommend and hope to return in near future.

I have a service dog and of course she was with me. Security asked me about her and I answered their questions accordingly. The security officer, Matt was very rude to me. And definitely handled it the wrong way. He kept telling me that I was lying about it simply because he thought she didn't act like a service dog. Things that people need to understand is that service animals are still animals. They are not robots. If my service dog needs to scratch herself, she's going to. That doesn't mean she isn't there for a specific service. He ended up kicking me out of the casino while letting others who had service dogs in on the casino floor without even talking to them. I will never return to Casino Arizona.
