Subway - Scottsdale

They are kind and are nice. there's sandwich always good.

Woah this subway is horrible. Terrible customer service, the manager is a joke. I 'll never return.

I walked in and two white customers had just completed their order and weren’t wearing a mask. Strangely as I stood about 6 feet away from a woman holding her sandwich, soda and chips(not wearing a mask) I was asked to put on a mask before I was served. I thought she was kidding and I laughed. She said she was serious. Ummm, if it wasn’t racial maybe read the room?

Food is good manager is awful. So rude. Even to his/her staff. Felt bad for the guy. She keeps her all star plaque from 2009 on the counter. Very tacky.

This guy is a joke, rude and self important. Worst Subway Experience in my life!!! He told me I should have went to the bathroom before I placed my salad order. He does not understand that the reason for his job is the customer and we are not an interruption of his work.
