Starlite Bbq - Scottsdale

I had a wonderful experience dining at Starlite BBQ. The square features a spacious terrace with plenty of seating for large groups. The complimentary cornbread was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. The baked pickles were piled high, and the mac and cheese side could easily be a meal on its own! My only downside was the flavor of the pulled pork; while it was well-cooked, it lacked a bit of taste. Fortunately, they offer four excellent sauces that really improved the dish. If you're in search of a great barbecue spot, look no further. I will definitely be returning and can't wait to explore more of their extensive menu!

Fantastic restaurant! I enjoyed every dish that came out of the kitchen. The mac and cheese was unbelievably delicious, and the complimentary cornbread was cooked to perfection. I had an amazing time here!

I had the Mesquite Grilled Beef Ribs, and they were tender and flavorful, with a lovely mesquite aroma. The taste was outstanding! The corn bread, served folded like a pancake, was delicious and perfectly soft.

Small but stellar. The small part: they saw about 50 seats inside and three oversized communal picnic tables. The stellar part. Whiskey and BBQ. All were top notch. Brisket. Mac n Chz. Cornbread. Fries green tomatoes. All right. You have also made four house BBQ sauces, house, spicy, honey mustard and a senoran mol sauce. Some of the best. When in Scottsdale and desire BBQ this is the place to go. Your cocktails were also great!

This place has some pretty good BBQ. We got the brisket and it was good, but it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had. They also finished it on the grill, which was a new take. We started with the fried pickles and it’s a huge offering, more than two people can eat, probably enough for 3-4. They have some excellent strawberry lemonade and the SIDES. I got the rainbow carrots and they were cooked similar to roasted potato and genuinely the best carrots I’ve ever had. The mashed potatoes are also incredible. The cornbread is just okay, I’d probably pass if I went again. Overall, I’d go back and probably try some of their other BBQ dishes.
