Roka Akor - Scottsdale

The food was absolutely incredible! The three of us opted for the omakase, and it felt like the meal just kept coming. Initially, you might wonder if you'll be full, but after several courses, you find yourself thinking, "I can't possibly eat another bite!" The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly friendly. At one point, our server even walked my wife to the restroom! When I got up to go myself and returned, they had thoughtfully prepared a new folded napkin for me and reset my entire place setting, including the side dishes and glasses—such a lovely touch. As for the atmosphere, the restaurant is beautifully designed while still feeling cozy, although it does get quite loud as the evening progresses. If you're looking for a more intimate experience, I recommend making a reservation as early as possible. Overall, I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 and will definitely return!

I always have a fantastic experience dining here! The food quality is outstanding. Our server, Catherine, provides excellent recommendations; she is very attentive and makes us feel special. We enjoyed some off-menu items she suggested, including the guinea hen, and they were delightful!

Overall, the food was outstanding, except for my wife's Chilean bass, which was overcooked and not as tender as we usually expect. We also found it quite frustrating that all the parking spaces were reserved for valet service, even across the street. This inconvenience may deter us from dining at Rona Akor again. At this point, we won’t be recommending Rona Akor to our friends.

Had the most amazing dinner and first time at Roka Akor! Marcus was incredible. Highly recommend getting the Omakase. Trust the chef and trust Marcus! Can’t wait to go back!
