Roaring Fork - Scottsdale

I went out for dinner during a girls' weekend and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Darrell, was fantastic—offering great service and being very friendly. The food was enjoyable; I especially loved the steak salad with creamy horseradish dressing. It was a unique twist I hadn't tried on a salad before, and I would definitely recreate it at home for my own steak salads.

This is one of my husband's favorite spots for happy hour. The guacamole and chips are a must-try, especially when enjoyed with the green pork chile. It can get quite crowded on most evenings, so it's a good idea to call ahead to reserve a table.

The service was outstanding—be sure to ask for Val, who provides a detailed explanation of the cooking process and recommends excellent dishes to try. The food was fantastic! I highly recommend the Prime Ribeye; it's incredibly tender and large enough to share. We also enjoyed a side of sweet lobster, which made for a hearty meal. The drinks were perfect and rounded off our evening beautifully. We can't wait to return and try more dishes!

This was an unexpected 5-star meal at such a great steakhouse. As soon as you walk in you can instantly feel the warmth from the fire and smell the amazing wood burning from the kitchen. The Caesar salad had the best croutons I've had in a long time. The filet could practically be cut with a fork. The salmon was delicious. We ordered the mashed potatoes which were also so good we ordered another side of them. Dessert didn't disappoint either when we shared the berry cheesecake. I'd highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner, groups or dates, family meals or for anyone after a really good meal.

The exceptional service from Celeste made the meal (skillet cornbread and spicy chicken) even better. Thank you! Large restaurant can be sporty or date night.
