Pure Sushi Scottsdale

Good, Fresh food, easy atmosphere, and simple but attentive service. We needed a couple of special orders which were accommodated easily. I'd certainly recommend it to everyone looking for good sushi within that area

We went on NYE and our reservation wasn't until but they were able to accommodate us being in early. The manager or owner was very controlling of the spaces and tables and all the servers were on high alert. Sushi is about freshness in this price range and the blue fin was very slightly off. Good but not excellent. The uniqueness of some of the rolls and lollipops was a nice twist. We would go back but with the realization that there are no asians overseeing the kitchen. It was all latinos. This is what you expect. A moderate, fast casual, Scottsdalian, basic but priced for the rent eatery. I expected more out of the highest yelped sushi place in Scottsdale

I was really disappointed in Pure. I’ve been in the past and the food quality was so much better. This time it just wasn’t good. The sushi rolls were not up to the value and my tuna tataki was over cooked and in so much sauce it was almost soggy. We won’t be going back for sushi here again. Plus our waitress wouldn’t give us more than a few minutes at a time to look at the menu, she just kept coming over, it was almost as if she was trying to rush us to order

Always enjoy Pure Sushi. Great food, wonderful service and nice atmosphere. We’ll be back
