Pure Sushi Scottsdale

Pure sushi is great for happy hourTuna and salmon rolls are only three dollars apiece and are on point.

Ordered two of their Sushi and Sashimi lunch combo with 5 pieces of Nigiri and sashimi The variety is great Sushi rice was a little too sweat and dry.

I'm on the fence about Pure SushiWe did have a good visit, the waitress was pleasantService was good, but not exceptional, nor terrible either.

The restaurant was conveniently located for us and the menu looked good. When we arrived they had no means of checking a reservation and didn't have a table ready for us. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to greet our table at all, so we were able to already decide on our dinner by the first time a server talked to us. It then took another 25-30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese and I wouldn't order any of it again. The beer was good and it seemed like a fun place. There was live music that was really good, but the whole place was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation.

Even though you can make a reservation on THEIR website, they do not want to honor it. The waitress was baffled at a reservation. It gets busy and super loud to the point that even though you are yelling in someone's ear....they can't hear you.
