Prado At Omni Scottsdale Resort At Montelucia

We absolutely adore Prado. Even when the Omni is fully booked, we always manage to dine at Prado. In our view, it’s the best restaurant in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale.

Cade was an excellent server, he tended to our preferences and needs and the food was fresh and delicious!

Make sure to eat before visiting this restaurant. The Caesar Salad only had three leaves and the shrimp was undercooked and unappetizing. Additionally, we were charged for bread and the soup portion was very small. Overall, the meal was incredibly unsatisfying and overpriced for the low quality of food served.

Tapas appetizers were wonderful, but waited a very long time on our entrees. Server told us the kitchen burned the steak and had to start over. They brought out our other entree, paella, for us to share while we waited on the steak. The paella was good but nothing special. The steak finally arrived and was very under cooked, basically purple. Too expensive of a meal to have food of such poor quality.

Hostess greeting and seating went smoothly. The waiter was prompt and courteous. He followed our relaxed habit of cocktails and then food ordering. No rush! We eat outside in a lovely setting garden and water setting. The tapas and entrees were very tasty and nicely plated. Good job!
