Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Scottsdale

I have gone to this location 3 times this week. 2 times the doors were locked. Today, only the drive thru is open, but no one is answering. I don't understand. Do you not want any business. I see a lot of customers leaving, only to go to whataburger. I am just about done with this location. I like your food, but I wi stop coming to this location.

They never have their light outside canopy light on. They want people to think they are closed so they don't have to work..They never have spicy chicken and run out of other items. It's horrible! They are loosing money. You would think the owner would care.

Not sure how this location is still operational. The employees act like they don't care and go out of their way to take their sweet ol time with everything. They run out of chicken. Always has a line building up because of how slow they are. This location has lost so much money (around $600+ an hour) because of people walking out because they're tired of waiting. Ridiculous. In addition to all this; watched an employee get high in the parkinglot before their shift.. this place is a JOKE

Come on guys, really. You sell chicken but yet you wanted me to wait 20 minutes for spicy chicken (which you are famous for). I finally decided to go with regular because I couldn't wait. Then to top it off you didn't have any sweet tea. Who's running this place. I have an idea, when you get low on something, (here it comes) MAKE MORE!!! Just to let everyone know it was 5pm. They should have been locked and loaded for the dinner rush. Each your spinach Popeye.

I?ve been to many fast food places but this was by far the worst. Unfortunately I have to go there because my boss likes their food and I have to pick it up. No one even said anything when I pulled up to the drive thru. They didn?t put any bbq sauce or biscuits in the bag. There are other things that happened but I think I was just surprised about how they acted. I?m guessing they don?t care because they aren?t paid much. I understand that they should be paid more-but please put the freaking sauce in the bag. they?re just over charging for mediocre food and service.
