Pho Cao - Scottsdale

Good. it is a great meeting point as they constantly perform local musicians. eierrolles are fantastic. weinliste is not and pho is.

Their cocktails are strong, the pineapple frying is delicious and the service is great. They have live music, but we left.

Pho cao: diving, but surprisingly authentic pho cao is an interesting concept that I have never seen; Vietnamese food/American karaoke bar. that was me.

Was just there for the Tuesday night Jam with my lady. She had a drink called What the Pho, we both enjoyed ourselves. Next time will try the food.Service: 5/5

This place is a neighborhood staple! Last time I was here it was a Thursday and it was karaoke night. Every time I pop in something different is happening, from a live band with band members ranging in age from about 17 to about 70, to a birthday party, to a bright afternoon with nobody else dining in but me. And the decor around the stage is so eclectic. This would be a great dive bar off the beaten path for a group of people to check out.The staff has been kind and on point every time I’ve dined in, which has probably been about 5 visits in person and 2-3 carry out orders. I have only tried the Vegan Pho and clearly I enjoy it! Love a good Vegan Pho option and theirs is packed with big vegetable bites and tofu so it’s super heart warming.
