Old Town Tortilla Factory - Scottsdale

Space was empty. went for a last dinner with a big group. it took 40 minutes to see our server and order drinks with only 3 other groups throughout the restaurant. Eat was bland and huh was dry. not to leave the type of person bad reviews, but this place was bad.

Food was overcooked and flavor was a little underwhelming. Drinks were good. Service was great. Not able to to separate checks or credit cards as apparently their system is too antiquated. Not sure why they are not able to create separate checks from the beginning. No happy hour or birthday dessert.

Great outside dining experience w/ heat lamps lights hanging across. Value of food was matched great with the price. Would highly recommend.

Amazingly consistent! we enjoyed a beautiful dinner with our team and many years of customers. eating was great, beautiful ambiente and wonderful service. I couldn't believe how busy it was, even though it was 115. our server lindsey was enthusiastic and crispin the sales manager was charming.

Great dinner as usual. Our out of town clients loved the great food and patio. We will be bcak.
