New York Bagels N Bialys - Scottsdale

I really enjoyed the quick service and the food was delicious and served hot! I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be returning in the future.

The food was tasty, however, our dining experience was soured by the unfriendly attitude of the waitress. It was apparent that she did not enjoy her job as she rushed us through our meal, giving us the check before we were finished ordering and sighing whenever we asked for something simple like ketchup or a to-go box. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Although the restaurant is a nice place, as a visitor from New York, I was disappointed with the bagels as they were nothing like the ones in New York. The bialy also didn't taste or look like a traditional one. The service was quick and friendly, and the staff were nice, but overall, I wish the food was better.

Excellent portions, great service! I had the lox plate with veggie spread.

This place was a disappointment. I'm originally from NY and was hoping to finally find a decent bagel. Unfortunately, these are nothing like NY bagels. The bagels were dry and lacked the texture of a good bagel. The cream cheese was good however.
