Liberty Station Terravita - Scottsdale

This was our first visit to this location of Liberty Station and, for us, is now our favorite. Service was very good and the food, in general, was also very good. Having a broad array of gluten-free options was a big plus. The only slight negative was the brisket which had great flavor but was a bit dry. Sweet potato fries were outstanding. I went out back to the patio area to take a look at their smoker and ended up chatting with the pit master about how he does the brisket and what wood he uses... nice guy. Topped off the evening at the speakeasy next door... really good old fashioned with a hint of espresso flavor.

We enjoyed the food at Liberty Station. My pulled pork entree was huge and really good. Loved the cornbread.

The service and outside patio seating was very good, but the food was just marginal. I ordered medium on my hamburger and it came well done. The bun was very dry and the meat was tasteless. It came with coleslaw that was watery and also tasteless. Everything needed salt.

We frequent this restaurant often and had a wonderful experience during our recent visit. We both enjoyed our delicious meals and wine, and the service was excellent.
