Hi-fi Kitchen Cocktails - Scottsdale

I visited this bar last night and tried to engage with a girl sitting at the bar. She was responding to me, but then, for the first time in my life, the bartender told me to stop speaking to the women in the bar. I’ve been to countless bars all over the world, and when I asked her why I couldn't talk to them, she claimed they were her friends. To my shock, she even called the bouncers on me just for asking that question. I wasn’t being aggressive, and I was definitely not drunk. I left feeling like I experienced racial discrimination in this petty establishment. As a lawyer, I'm planning to send them a legal notice for this harassment. I intend to leave a negative review, and I noticed other reviews on Google from people who have also encountered racial abuse here. It seems this place has a pattern of discriminating against customers based on race.

If I could give this place a score lower than one star, I absolutely would. My experience at this nightclub in Old Town was the worst I've ever had. The bouncers and security staff abused their authority in every possible way. If you happen to be in their path, be prepared to be shoved, yelled at, or even thrown out for not moving as quickly as they expect. They are incredibly rude and show no respect for anyone, all because they wear the title of "Security" or "Bouncer." These individuals feel entitled to push, shove, and even hit women, despite being in the wrong themselves. The way they treat people has left me traumatized. If you're looking for a fun night out in Old Town without the fear of unnecessary conflict, I strongly recommend choosing another club instead.

I wish I could give this place a zero. It was the worst experience I've ever had, and I will never return. The bartender who served my fiancé seemed to be either under the influence of drugs or heavily intoxicated. When I went to settle the tab, I lost my debit card. He claimed he didn't have a card under my name, even after I showed him the pending charge on my banking app. To make matters worse, he also kept my fiancé's debit card and ID, falsely stating that the charges had declined, despite the fact that there was a pending charge for over $212. No one else in the establishment offered to help resolve the situation. I had to leave at 1:15 AM to ensure my fiancé got home safely. I need a manager to contact me as soon as possible. This entire experience was completely unacceptable, and I am truly appalled by what occurred.

I remember hifi being the spot a couple of years ago. I went this weekend and can we talk about the prices!!! Ok 7 pink lemonade shots for $130!! The fees and rise in price for each drink Is absolutely absurd. We then went to cake nightclub and the prices were surprisingly lower. Save your money!

Hawks fan welcome? Had my hawks gear on, saw U of I banners flying. Bouncer kid told me he felt sorry for me because I am a Hawkeye when I walked in. Cool concept, was excited to see IA represented in the desert.. disappointed by staff. I'll vote elsewhere with my dollars.
