Hand Cut Chophouse - Scottsdale

1. The spinach artichoke dip was incredibly creamy and flavorful. 2. The truffle cheeseburger was absolutely delightful and cooked to perfection—highly recommended! 3. The garden pesto pasta was well-prepared, but the pesto flavor was a bit overpowering for my taste. 4. The standout dish for me was the butter cake, which was simply divine—I can't stop thinking about it and suggest everyone should try it! 5. They also offer a great selection of beer and cocktails. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!

I took my parents out of town to enjoy some steaks. unfortunately the steaks hardly came warm. when we were about half through a $50 steak, it was cold. the quality of the meat and taste was great, but the temperature is not acceptable, especially for the cost of the meal. the service was mediocre and my drink came first wrong. was really excited to try this restaurant, but it deserves nothing higher than 3 unfortunately begins. better luck next time (if we ever come back)

I had a happy hour at Hand Cut and it exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was comfortable, and both the food and service were excellent. The prices were reasonable and matched the quality offered. It’s a lovely location in Scottsdale, and I would definitely recommend trying it if you're nearby!

So good. Food is really tasty. Fun times. Staff very friendly. Will definitely go back when we visit Scottsdale again. Thanks for a great experience while in vacation.

We love Hand Cut and especially the truffle burger. We’ve always sat at the bar so tonight we decided to sit at a booth for my dad’s birthday. Logan was our waiter and he was great. I ordered the flank stank which was very good. The spinach was a little salty but still good.
