Fired Pie - Scottsdale

Upon arriving at the restaurant at 7:30pm, we found that there was only one couple dining. The young lady at the counter informed us that they could only accept online orders. When I inquired if we could still order online and get food, she responded with uncertainty before turning to her coworkers to resume a conversation we had interrupted. All staff members appeared to be idle and engrossed in conversation. There was no indication on the door and the website did not specify that only online orders were accepted. There was no scent of pizza being cooked or any signs of an online rush. It seemed odd. It appears that this establishment may not need in-person customers, as we were able to easily take our business to Mod Pizza on Scottsdale Road, where they were happy to accept us and never turn customers away. Besides, I prefer the pizza at Mod Pizza anyways.

The pizza is good when it's not overcooked. I have ordered from this restaurant several times and most of the time the pizza has some burnt spots. Additionally, the portion of Mac and cheese keeps getting smaller and smaller, which is not worth the high price. Despite giving it multiple chances, the quality control at this location seems lacking. With so many other pizza options available, I recommend choosing a different place. I will be looking elsewhere for my pizza in the future.

Walked into the restaurant at 730pm. There was only one couple there eating. The young lady at the counter immediately told us they could only take online orders. I asked, if we placed an online order, could we get food? The girl said ?ummmm?.I guess? and then turned to her colleagues and continued a conversation we obviously interrupted. All staff standing around talking. No sign on the door and the website did not indicate online ordering only. No smell of pizza cooking or that they had an online rush. Se weird. I would suppose this place is doing too well to need in-person clientele. No worries- because Mod Pizza on Scottsdale Road was happy to take our business. They said they never turn customers away. I like their pizza better anyways.

I love Fired Pie. I came here with my wife and our daughter. We ordered our pizzas and the staff were very amiable. It was a pleasant time at the place. The pizza is always off the chain. All I need is a Margarita and I am happy

My wife and son love the pies here on the cauliflower crust Its a gluten free crust and as good or better than the standard crust. I think the pies are pretty good too.
