This place is very good, and very accomodating to specific instructions. I have also been inside and they are very polite :

Finally the instructions for my order have been heard and followed. Not too crazy, I just wanted to 86 the sour cream and have extra fries. They did splendidly aside from the fact that since I did order extra fries there was hardly any meat put on top (hence the 4 star instead of 5 but hey it's a step in the right direction : Also, they use the big crinkle cut fries <3 Thank you!

I came here during my lunch break and pre-ordered through Uber Eats. Despite receiving a notification that my order was ready, it wasn't prepared when I arrived. I had planned to dine in and would have given a higher rating as the food is excellent. However, the lady who works there in the afternoon is consistently rude. This is my second visit to this restaurant and both times I felt unwelcome. It's a pity because they have plenty of space, a pool table, a beautiful TV setup, and a bar to sit at. It has the potential to be a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy an evening out, if not for the unfriendly wait staff.

I once tried to go here, but her lobby is permanently closed, which is not listed everywhere. today I ordered an early breakfast burrito and a drink and it took well over 20 minutes without anyone else in the line and when I went to eat it was cold as if it just came out of the refrigerator. this place is definitiw not anywhere near other Filiberto’s. probably best to go somewhere else.
