So I 've came to this location before ! So this morning when I went to order from the Dunkin ' Donuts app. I noticed that it was for my usual Dunkin ' Donuts on Hayden and instead of the one in Mesa on baseline and Stapley. I realized after I pushed "ready to pick up I that it wasn 't on the correct location and since I 've placed that order I 've been calling nonstop to the Hayden Dunkin ' Donuts location and no one has answered me to refund me my money back so I can buy here next door at Stapley and Baseline. I 'm was not on that side of town to be able to pick up an order that I should 've been canceled ahead of time ! And I 'm not getting any help or results ! And my DD card was barged to this location !

I will go out of my way to go to this DD location! My only gripe is the lack of a drive-thru, but I rarely wait more than a minute or two in line inside the store. The employees are very friendly, a few of whom recognize and know me by name. They don 't run out of caramel flavoring twice in one week, or accidentally serve me iced tea instead of iced coffee, unlike another location. *cough cough* Scottsdale McKellips.
