This Chipolte is SO poorly ran. The place is dirty and the food is disgusting! Food and dirt on the floor from the prior night. Employees were wearing clothes with dried food on them.We’ve had the same, terrible experience a few times now and will not be back to this one.

Where is the owner of this franchise location??? How do they not see the reviews and take action. This afternoon we stopped in to pick up food for our 3 hour ride home it was the worst food I’ve ever tasted 1st we order double meat and literally got about 8 pieces total and the chicken was ice cold as if it had been refrigerated or the warmers were turned off.. the staff was having some sort of drama between them selfs and all round badBad foodBad serviceAnd looking at the reviews the owners or corporate needs to step in and take their business back over before it’s to late! All the reviews are just roasting the place!! Sir or ma’am who ever you are please grab the steering wheel before the kids that run the place run it into the ground!!

This restaurant has really dropped in quality, going from a perfect 10 to a 1. My food is consistently cold after 7 PM. The vinaigrette doesn’t taste right anymore, and they never have organic lemonade available! I still plan to eat here five times this week, but I’m disappointed.

The staff were exceptional. They greeted us with warm smiles, displaying professionalism and great patience. Since it was my first time at Chipotle, they took their time with us and ensured that no one had to wait in line.
