Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Scottsdale

I ordered a Vegetarian Chicken Cheesesteak with additional toppings, but none of them were added. The sandwich only contained meat, mushrooms, and bread, and the cheese listed on the menu was also missing. I was disappointed because my friend had recommended this place to me when my favorite sandwich shop was closed, and I was hoping to find a good alternative. Unfortunately, I was left feeling let down.

I have passed by this restaurant many times and finally decided to stop in yesterday. The person taking my order was extremely helpful in suggesting that I try a few items by getting a half sub and half salad. I opted for a half cheese steak sandwich and a half chicken balsamic salad with cranberries, nuts, and blue cheese. The salad was fantastic and the cheese steak had a great cheese flavor, I believe it was provolone. After finishing, I still wanted more to eat so I went back to order a half meatball sub. The meatballs were juicy, the sauce was delicious, and there was a generous amount of mozzarella. Additionally, the iced tea was fresh and tasty. I am excited to try more items on the menu at this place.

I recently had lunch at this restaurant with a friend. It was more of a grab and go experience. I noticed a sign that claimed to have the best sandwich in America, so I had to try one with that tagline. I can honestly say that the sandwich exceeded my expectations. I ordered the Capistrami and the Classic Cheesesteak, both of which were delicious and full of flavor. I was surprised to see that there was an even larger sandwich option available! The menu had a variety of choices to pick from. The service was excellent, the location was convenient, and the sandwiches were outstanding. I definitely want to come back and try some of the other options on the menu.

I brought my sister for a sandwich since she wanted a good sub and is from out of state. She ordered a cold Italian and I had The Bobby hot. We split out sandwiches, and oh man they did not disappoint!!! I eat here every chance I get and I always get The Bobby, but after yesterday I really do need to try some of the other sandwiches!!! The gentleman working the counter was so helpful answering my sister's questions and he was a delight to chat with! Looking forward to our next sandwiches!!!!

MOST AMAZING SANDWICH YOU WILL EVER HAVE! Literally blew my mind. Went to Scottsdale for vacation and stopped here on our last day. The sandwich was jaw dropping. The guy working there was super nice and gave us our chips for free. I am not a mayo person usually, but this time I got mayo and it was INCREDIBLE! I could have drank the mayo, no joke. There was so much on the sandwich it was dripping off and usually that amount of mayo would have ruined the sandwich for me, but this mayo is different. I was scooping up the mayo with my chips and eating it. The bread and other ingredients were top notch too, super fresh. If it wasn?t our last day in town we would have come back for sure. My boyfriend and I talk about this sandwich at least once a week and this was months ago. Wanting to make a trip to Arizona just for this sandwich. Amazing taste and amazing service!!! We will be back one day!!!
