Bourbon Steak Scottsdale

We were very underwhelmed by the food. The steaks were tender but the flavor of the steaks was overpowered by a smoke flavor. The sides were good and the pineapple dessert was the highlight of the meal. If you are like us and aren't willing or prepared to spend hundreds of dollars on a bottle of wine, you'll be disappointed in the wine list. We wanted to love this restaurant and wouldn't have minded spending the money if the food was better, but sadly we will not return and would not recommend it to friends.

The restaurant was nice and the staff pleasant. We ordered the wedge salad, a couple of drinks and I order the ribeye with a side and my wife ordered the filet mignon and a side. We ordered dessert and I had another drink. The food was good but my ribeye was tougher than I make at home. I ordered it as the chef recommended and I thought for the price, it should have melted in my mouth. I was disappointed with the ribeye I thought that for the rest of the meal was good, but for the price, not as good as other restaurants in the neighborhood.

We celebrated our anniversary here and had the most AMAZING experience! The staff was absolutely amazing. We sat in the bar area and had Cole as our server. He was so knowledgeable of the entire menu and had recommendations. From the tuna to start, to the cocktail selections, along with the steak and sides. Plus he made sure we got the pineapple dessert which was not only a beautiful presentation but so delicious I highly recommend the tuna, snake River farms ribeye pave, the fried rice, truffle Mac n cheese and of course the pineapple dessert! The staff was all so friendly and stopped by to wish a happy anniversary! Everything we had was incredible and we can’t wait for our next trip to Scottsdale to come back to this special spot! Also shoutout to Cheyenne, the sweetest supervisor who kept checking in on us, making great recommendations as well. She was lovely and made sure we had the perfect anniversary evening! Our first time at Bourbon Steak but not our last!

Food and service are wonderful. The space is too noisy with piped in music and when crowded it is not easy to hear those at your own table. The place to be during the WM open. If you are expecting a quiet dinner, this is not the place. If you are expecting an lively one with lots of noise, this is a great place.

Great steak, good service from the waitress, but felt very rushed by the bussers. (Literally would have half the appetizer left, with the fork in my mouth, and they would come and try and clear the table and then looked surprised when I said we were still working on that... Too loud IMO for this pierce point.
