Dilla Libre - Scottsdale

This place has a “traditional menu” and a vegan menu. Tons of options here for vegans. The place is small so if you can’t get a table, just order for carry out!

They have a whole section of the menu dedicated to vegans. The prices are great and the food was delicious. Interesting, unique atmosphere in the restaurant. When we went it was very busy (dinner time) and service was slow. But it was well worth the wait and the restaurant quietened down very quickly.

Unique offerings of quesadillas, bowls burritos. love that they have a vegan menu and regular one, great to go with non vegan friends/family. vegan elote was , plus the napoleon dynamite quesedilla and hot chick bowl with buffalo cauliflower. they use beyond meat and vegan cheese but forgot to ask which brand. if you’re not into the more “processed “ vegan foods, this may not be for you. food took a little while to come out but it was really yummy! also out of vegan churros but i’d go back just to try them and something else on the menu. Exceptional. You're greeted by colorful and fun artistry on the exterior and walk in to a quaintly decorated barrio style interior with the option to seat yourself in the outdoor patio with a fountain. I was there during happy hour and had the place nearly to myself, only two other tables had diners so perhaps the service was exceptional because it was easy, but... the service was exceptional. Very friendly and upbeat. Ordered the California Vegan Burrito. Fantastic taste, good portion, no skimping. Full back side of the menu devoted to vegan options... kind of wish I could give it 5 stars but I understand what Happy Cow is trying to do and I agree, this place stands out though in spite of offering meat options. Will go back every time my travels bring me to Scottsdale.

Had the Chipotle Tempura Cauliflower Burrito tangy, crunchy, and fresh just delish! Impressed with the options must come back! Updated from previous review on 2022 07 27
