Sonic Drive-in - Scottsbluff

Sonic is a super nostalgic place for me when I was a mere boy I was eating Hamburg and Fry after school with Diet Coke and my mother would reward me if I got an A on my test, if I didn't get the banged belt, but this is next to the point I recently came back to the city after 20 years in State Pen for an unclosed dog

Working here, literally 2-3 months, and there is always drama running. We were told on Sunday night that everyone was looking for new jobs, I still have group chats. I turned my uniform the next day and got a call that said why did you turn on your uniform? I remembered the gm that we were all told to get new jobs because they had quit. Then she told me she was in sound and I had a job. So I told her I didn't come back to a place where I need to worry if it's shut down in a week or two.

The waiting time is LONG for food orders, for the drive thru, and twice I tried the train up and went to the end. But the workers are super friendly and the quality is good! I just don't know why the drive-dru system doesn't work well.

Terrible service. Sit down and wait until they wait for 10 minutes. Having tried all year round on numerous occasions and always the same result, so end up elsewhere. It wasn't even busy. 3 cars are in stalls, 2 cars are in the car thru. Obviously, new managers and employees are just as bad as previous employees.

Was excited when we got a Sonic in our city due to eating at one as a kid on a trip and it being amazing. Maybe when this place first opened it was okay. But has since gone downhill and has stayed there for years. Only ate here a handful of times due to terrible experiences that I don't intend on repeating. Uncaring staff, lackluster execution on the food. Drinks seem to be okay usually but you'll probably wait awhile. And I don't think this place is maintained well. Don't eat here unless you want to waste your money on a long shot that things improve or your visit is different. Might try again sometime and write an updated review.
