Safeway - Scottsbluff

I don’t understand if I do pickup why my bananas are on the bottom for the bag my produce dairy are with raw meat? This is terrible. Teach your people how to bag! I can’t shop for myself or I would! Have some common sense and treat your customers right!

The selection of food is fantastic, and the prices are quite reasonable!

This place is fantastic because it’s not like Walmart, and the staff are always friendly. There can be a bit of a wait during busy hours, but it’s worth it.

Normally I have a great experience. I did not have one this time. The employees were extremely rude and unfriendly almost made my kid cry. No thank you’s and I drive at least. 1 hour or more round trip to get groceries at Safeway. I wasn’t impressed by the way they Acted when I had a few issues that needed attention. If I continue to get poor customer service I will take my business elsewhere thank you

I used to dislike going to Safeway because the checkout lines were always so slow. However, during my last two visits, I was in and out really quickly. I also think they have the best bakery around. I'm starting to enjoy this store more and more!
