Chili's Grill - Scottsbluff

Dissatisfied. my daughter ordered the Cajun chicken pata and was said they were from pasta. then she chose the honey chipotle huh. I asked our waitress if they were spicy and they said no without hesitation. for a rather empty area we waited for too long for our food. when it came, my daughter couldn't eat her huh because of the heat of the sauce. when we finished our meal, we saw a man sitting on the bar serving pasta!

The wait for a waitress, drinks and our food was minimal. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming. She inquired several times if we were doing ok, needed drinks refreshed, how food was. I had the original chicken crispers, food was served hot and fresh. I definitely recommend coming in for lunch as the staff seems to be on top of it.Update: We had another good experience at Chili's! It seems this place was quiet when it used to be super busy. Its time to find your way back, guys! These burgers were wonderful. Not just a frozen beef patty, but actual juicy burger. The cheese curds were little poppable nuggets of goodness. The fries were done just right. And best of all, the staff was friendly and attentive.

Sat at our table for almost 10 minutes on a very slow Saturday night and a waiter couldn't even get our drink orders. I mean a waiter didn't even introduce her/him self to us to get our drinks. Hostess seemed very unenthusiastic.

I had dinner at chili's in Scottsbluff last night. The service was excellent and the food was quite good. However, I was disappointed to see that nobody checked my vaccination record for in dining and not a single employee that I could observe at the restaurant was wearing a mask.Given the current surge in COVID cases, I found this quite disturbing. The service was good —-the food was terrible! We will never try another Chili’s. So disappointing.
