Scotts Valley Chinese Cuisine

Love the honey walnut shrimp and the pork fried rice was very flavorful. I would also recommend the chow mein. The waiters were polite, I went on a date here so the ambience was decent enough to take someone out or even have a business meeting

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise in Scotts Valley. It's tucked in a corner of a strip mall parking lot and has lots of parking. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. We had the broccoli beef, chow mein, chicken with string beans, wonton soup, and veggie spring rolls. The veggies were fresh and the meats were tender. Inside the ambiance inviting and softly lit, couldn't ask for better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Love love loved it here! I had a big Chinese craving and this totally satisfied. I ordered over the phone all food was ready within 10 minute. I was nervous to call 30 minutes before closing, but I'm so grateful that was no problem at all. Awesome staff! We were charging our Tesla next to the restaurant and ate while we waited. Everything was delicious. The chicken was perfectly breaded all amazing. The general Tao has a very generous serving, thankfully so because it was my favorite of all that we ordered. 100% recommend!

I should have written this review years ago. My family and I have been going to Canton since we moved into this Valley during the pandemic. The owner, Miranda has always welcomed us with open arms. She is one of the most hard working, dedicated, and diligent workers I have come to know. The food here is made with such good flavor and taste. The chefs of the restaurant never disappoint, if they ever do Miranda is sure to fix it. The ambiance is great! Chill music is normally playing in the background and the service is always top notch. Make sure to stop on in and try their lunch specials. We have tried many items on the menu, but lunch is normally our favorite. The soups are so flavorful and I can't say enough good things about our local restaurant that we love to eat at. Try it for yourself and enjoy!
