Peet's Coffee - Scotts Valley

The new vegan breakfast sandwich at this restaurant is amazing. I also ordered a vegan cold brew and a vegan brownie, and everything was absolutely delicious.

Definitely has gotten better over the years updating my review. Still a bit slow but that seems to be the culture at Peet's. Definitely higher quality coffee than the evil empire...Katie the store manager is fantastic... Update new

The restaurant is clean, pleasant, and has easy parking. However, the service at this Peet's can be inconsistent in terms of efficiency. During my visit, I ordered coffee and had to wait for it to be prepared. After a while, I had to ask where my coffee was and they kindly brought it to my table.

Run out of coffee and I have to wait for them to brew more. This has happened at least five times in the past year at different Peet's locations.
