Starbucks - Scott Depot

Young girl taking my order kept singing to the music playing over the loudspeaker. Afterwards, I picked up my drink and accidentally spilled some of it because my hands were full of groceries, and the lid wasn’t on completely my mistake. I told her, she said “okay, have a good day” I felt she should’ve asked if I wanted a new one, instead I left with 1/2 cup of (grande size) coffee that I payed $6 for.

I want to say that I was treated fabulous last Sunday and had the best service and a great drink.....but this morning......the woman who was therebwas terribly rude! Horrible person to deal with. To bad won't be back when she is there.......such as a shame as it is close to my house.

I am going to call Starbucks corporation as well but also thought I would leave a review here so hopefully it can be addressed. I visited this Starbucks sept 2 at 11:20 am there was 2 girls working one young girl with long blonde hair and another older lady. I waited for at least 25 minutes, when it was my turn to order the older lady looks at me and says “it’s going to be a while” I say okay and continue waiting. The younger girl comes up and asks what can I get you I start ordering and as I’m speaking the older women tells the younger girl “there are mobile orders “ so as I’m actively still giving her my order she just walks away and goes to make another drink. She finishes making the drinks and comes back and says “okay what can I get you” I then order a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra sweet cream and all grande pumpkin cream cold brew… she then makes the drink and hands me a cold brew with sweet cream cold foam on top I explain to her that drink does not come with cold foam it is just the sweet cream she then aggressively dumps it out and says “what about the pumpkin you want that on top right!?!?!” And I was like yeah I want a grande pumpkin cream cold brew, I get these every morning so I know how they are made on top of the fact this is the second time I’ve been to this store and they have made it like this. I can tell this store is really struggling which sucks because it’s convenient when the one across the street gets busy to pop over to Kroger to grab a coffee. I understand stress when your busy and I even get making the drink wrong but I don’t want to be treated like that.

I've only been there once and just my opinion but I don't get it. ?

Person taking my order was rude!! Gave her my order she slammed her hands on table. I said could u add a shot of espresso. She slammed her hands down again. Huffing and puffing.
