Ive ordered food from nunzio four times since i moved here. All four times they made major mistakes on the order. Today i bravely tried one last time. I slowly dictated that i wanted a cheese steak sub sandwhich with mozzarrella cheese and he asked if i wanted a cheese steak pizza , i reiterated i wanted a normal cheese steak sandwhich with MOZZARELLA cheese . When the order was ready , he handed me a cheese steak pizza pie ?‍?i was noticably upset because i waited 25 minutes for it and payed way more than i should have for a cheese steak sandwhich . The two guys working there said they would make a cheese steak sub for me really fast ..i went over the order again and reiterated mozzarella cheese only…i got home, opened box and it was a cheese steak sub with american cheese. I threw it out and waisted $39 ..i am officially done with nunzio pizzeria of scotch plains. I never understood why it looked so empty all the time because the food is pretty good..now i know its poorly managed ..its a shame.

New owner is doing a great job! Awesome to see this place come back to life, if you haven’t been in the past 6 months or so give it a shot again!
