Worst customer service ever. On Monday, my wife placed an online order(for curbside), which I picked up. When I got home, she asked me for the cookies she ordered and the Pretzel Sidekick. Up until that time, I did not realize that we did not get the whole order( items were on receipt). I called the store and after being transferred to several employee, I got the manager(I guess). I mentioned the situation. After going back and forth with him for several minutes, he asked if I could come pick up the food then, which I could not. I said I would be the today(Wednesday). He said he would leave a note and I could come in then. So anyway....I show up today and the manager on shift said their policy does not allow them to hand out food after two days....he said I should have come back right away...which I told him I could not. After arguing with him for several minutes(he was becoming nasty), I told him he 'll get a bad review....He actually said I 'm sure it won 't be the first time. SUBWAY really needs to step up their game on customer service and even manners....some of the worst franchises in the fast food business.
The worker at the subway was very nice and pleasant and did a great job on my sandwich I will be going
They wouldn't let me use the app for anything and charged me almost twice as much as it should have been and the workers didn't know what was going on. I got frustrated immediately but never got upset. I paid what they said and left without any incident. It was just extremely annoying showing the app discounts and everything but they didn't care.
New employees not sure how to make sandwiches. Sandwich ordered call for avocado slices. Instead, used a bag of pureed avocado. Not blaming employees. Corporate needs to do
