I recently had the pleasure of trying the catering food from Olive Tree catering , and I have to say, it was absolutely fantastic! Chef Ibtisam's expertise in preparing Mediterranean cuisine was evident in every dish, and I was blown away by the flavors and quality of the food.The Kubeh was a standout for me. It was crispy on the outside and filled with flavorful meat and spices. The chicken shawarma and lamb shawarma were also excellent, with tender and juicy meat and a perfect blend of spices. The falafel was crispy and flavorful, and the accompanying tahini sauce was a perfect complement.What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the use of high-quality ingredients. The flavors were authentic and complex, and I could tell that Chef Ibtisam put a lot of thought and care into the preparation of each dish.Overall, I was extremely impressed with the catering food from Olive Tree catering , and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Perfect pastry and well balance flavors of the nuts and sweetness. It's the best baklava i have ever had.

So good! I purchased the Chicken Shwarma Wrap and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken is marinated to perfection and every ingredient compliments the next. To top everything off, I was greeted and sent away with a kind smile. I will certainly be back for more...

BEST BAKLAVA AND PISTACHIO BIRDS NESTS EVER!!! I've been searching high and low for good Syrian desserts and I have found it here! All the food was incredible as well. ? Shawarma chicken, gyro entree, and dips is what we had tried. The lady at front working was super sweet too! Will come back again and again! They even gave us and our kids some sesame crackers to try. ?

Oakley Kitchen is really neat! My daughter and I had wraps (shawarma and falafel that we both loved from Olive Tree. The food was so fresh and melt in your mouth! The young fellow who took our order was very professional: We are visiting from out of town and wish we had something like this in our town, especially Mediterranean food this good! I’ll definitely return next time I’m in town.
