Most of the time it's fresh and the chicken is juicy. Like every quick bite place, you've got some workers that are FAR better than others.

Oh my goodness I love it here!!! Amazing mashed potatoes and gravey!! Always add salt and pepper! And all their food is so tasty.... Their buffalo sauce and ranch are so good ???????????? I always enjoy going! My boyfriend LOVES THE CHEESECAKES!

This place is horrible. Rude staff. Managers are more rude they don't believe anything you say to them about there nasty mouth staff ..Food is cold. An I guess you call this a chili dog.. ???? Not to mention they mess up your order. This place deserves 0 stars.. I would never visit this location.

Mavericks Bistro is one of those places that you wouldn't think is anything special until you order there and anything and everything you order is amazing. One thing that definitely stands out is their selection of cheesecake for being in a truck stop this place is phenomenal I can simply tell you I don't believe there's one thing on their menu that is not good. It's amazing and comforting that somebody finally thought outside the box and put such a great little spot have a restaurant inside a truck stop. 5 Stars hands down. Also don't look past the fried chicken they have. Also a great meal

3 stars simply for the amount of food the 5 piece tender combo gets you. The chicken was whole meat and moist, but the seasoning was pure salt on both the tenders as the wedges. My order was messed up and I got completely different add-ons no sauces or drink. Little annoying, but the tendies and wedges still fed the car for $11.
