Jamba Juice is fantastic! As someone with celiac disease, I really appreciate this place because I can enjoy a smoothie without worrying about getting sick. Just be sure to order it with soy protein. My mom introduced me to this place, and I've been a fan ever since!

The two female staff members had extremely long nails, which could pose a hygiene issue when preparing food. Furthermore, their long hair wasn't tied back or covered, allowing it to hang over the fruits and other ingredients used for the smoothies. Lastly, they were not wearing masks, which are currently required in our state.

The staff member skipped making my smoothie and started working on a different order, even though I was right there waiting for mine. When my smoothie was finally ready, she carelessly tossed down my straw. I didn't catch her name since she wasn't wearing a name badge, but if her name is Olivia, she certainly lacks professionalism. I intend to file a formal complaint and will also contact corporate. I really miss the former manager of that location; she was always patient and handled things professionally.

I ordered the Smooth Talking Mango, and I was pleased to find it filled to the brim, which was fantastic! The staff were friendly and attentive. On the downside, the parking situation is quite limited.

This restaurant provides the best customer service I've encountered in Riverside. The staff truly exceeded my expectations by making the most refreshing breakfast juice I've had in a long time, even with limited ingredients!
