The Duck Inn - SCHWENKSVILLE

I like the atmosphere alot but the food is just mediocre (alot of greasy bar food) and when you leave, you can smell it in your clothes. Service was prompt and good. It is very nice to sit out on all of the decks by the water so please fix your menu...

My wife and i stopped in one night for dinner and drinks recently (8/5/22). We were readily new to the area and the Duck taproom was close by. It was a very nice place. The outside deck is decorated very blissfully. The wait staff also was very friendly and the food was spot on and hot when served. We most definitely will be coming back. HOWEVER!!. My only recommendation would be to turn the music playing down just a notch or two. I could barely hear my wife speak and we found each other yelling across the table to chat. Thumbs up????

Great little place to stop in on the motorcycle. Plenty of parking in front of the building for motorcycles give me a couple bicycle racks Nice outdoor seating along the river. Awesome waitresses ours was the best. Food was good had a good price very nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back again

Appetizers were really really good. My French dip was good but not special. I didn?t like the smoked flavor on the meat. I was expecting a different kind of ?au jus?, not just straight fat/oil. However the service was fast and I recommend the appetizers.

The cuisine is delicious. I recommend the French fries as well as the sweet potato fries, which will entice you to return! They have fantastic drink specials and a lovely balcony with a nice view of the river where you can feed the fish and geese! Inside and out, everything has been refurbished, and the personnel is quite nice!
