Aphrodite - Schwalmstadt

(This means two people, 27,60 € it has been the second chance to give even if it has taken many years. the first and only visit to Aphrodite about ten or more years ago gave us a lamb syndrome for a long time. at the time all our dishes had a taste of lamb, although we had not ordered a lamb and we both did not like it. we had the impression that shortly before the dish had been fried in the same pan lamb, which has transferred to our diners tastefully. Today, so today, a new attempt, because in recent years we have only heard well about Aphrodite. We were out at noon and wanted to get the kitchen cold at home. the Greek restaurant, which was just a few minutes walk from our Schwalmstadt shopping tour. we were not the first guests and have joined the already existing in the main guest room. Later we heard new guests asking if they could also have a place in the conservatory where you have a beautiful view of the Howra, as small as they can still be here, just a few meters before their confluence with the Schwalm. back to the actual visit. friendly reception, free space. we were looking for a comfortable eckbank overlooking the backyard. the many dirt on our sitting corner, the laying and the floor was quite striking. also the windows seemed to have enjoyed no laundry for a long time. Still, the ambience was okay. the menu was very appealing and with more than a hundred directed a strong contrast to our visit only a few days before the view of the sea, where the map only contains 20 dishes. Despite a variety of decisions, the selection was easy if you know what you want and what you have right now. at a starter we both had no pleasure. so my wife chose a part circle with pommes while I chose a small meat selection from circles, Souflaki and Bifteki. to both there was a small additional salad that looked quite appetizing and probably made exclusively of itself (also consisted of carrots and white herbs. all foods came to the table quickly, but at that time only three guests were present. only later it filled a little more. the most important foods tasted good, but we both have to admit today when we finish this report of experience (about three weeks after our visit that we can no longer remember details. a really lasting impression did not leave this lunch. Too bad. my wife found her circle with a price of 11 euros far too expensive. I'm looking at the 13 euro for my grill plate. the part was plentiful, and an appetizer would have prevented me from leaving an empty bowl. a new visit is nothing in the way, there are many dishes I would like to try out. the eaten as it is in the menu:
