A lively, intimate, cozy, traditional German bar with tasty homemade dishes. Pretty square outside, atmospheric wooden inside. The alcohol free Weizen beer was surprisingly acceptable... The Maultaschen were delicious. Well worth a visit.

I visited here for dinner on a weekday. Reasonable price. Enough quantity was there. The taste was also good . Good ambience. All seats were full. Prior booking is recommended if you are coming as a group. Cards are acceptable as well as cash. They have a separate Menu card in English. Just ask for the English Menu card, then you will get one. Also guest WiFi is available. Just ask for the password, they will give.

Simple and good. Not the best but also not the worst food. Perfect area with a very nice view of GD. Food is quite average and pricing is a little overpriced, but still worth a visit if your in town.

Go ahead, dip your toes in and test the waters of this rich, wonderful culture by experiencing some of the best food the German heartland has to offer. You won't be able to read the menu. You won't understand your servers. But all these things are unimportant because the result of the experience is always the same: a plate of hot, delicious food set before you, followed by the otherworldly sensation of devouring it. Always greeted with the smile. Place gets packed due to quality and popularity so I would recommend to reserve a table in advance. Great quality authentic Austrian and classic German dishes. Well recommended!
