The cottages in the region (Vogelsberg and Rhön) are not known for their vegan offers. Here, in many places, my vegetables are still ironic without meaning. It is therefore nice to see that 2 main dishes are declared vegan. They are not cheap but relatively less expensive than the other dishes. The taste was super (lightly raised kitchen). Unfortunately there are no vegan appetizers or desserts. You have an extensive wine list, but you cannot determine which are vegan. The service was a bit brutal, but not completely unfriendly. Maybe a bad day. The interior is picturesque and charming. The surrounding area invites you to explore nature and offers some things to do (e.g. toboggan run, climbing forest).
We were here for skiing and were positively surprised 2 vegan-labeled dishes on the map! Nicely made (the plates and bowls are great, tasty and creative. You're welcome. Nettes Plus: Vegan dishes are quite cheap in terms of meat
We found 2 clear vegan dishes as described (see photos). Both were very good. The breakfast buffet had the usual options with cereals and fruits, tomatoes, vegan spreads, vegetable embroideries and orange juice for self-pressing. In addition, there was also a plate with vegan sausage and cheese at the table (see photos) for vegan milk. Overall, a top offer measured in rural areas.
Positive is that there are 2 vegan dishes on the map and the food is very delicious. However, the portions are quite small, so that here as a vegan you hardly get tired, especially after a hike. I had a cappuccino with oat milk.
