Bo Bun - Schiltigheim

Schiltigheim offers more and more small culinary beads. This restaurant actually left. cooking meat on the skewers was respected as if it was a normal part. tender and bleeding. Everything tasted good. price-quality ratio quite the height. We'll be back, for sure!

Despite a crowded terrace we were able to dine in reasonable times and the bo bun, speciality of the house was really excellent. the very nice boss explained to us the origin of the dishes and the care that his wife and bring him to realize them "as in the country ".the decoration is sober, with a touch of exoticism. everything has been rebuilt in a modern spirit, and without overload, it's appreciable.

A small colorful restaurant, with a reduced menu but good products. very good flavors for quite a copyy meal.

We were looking for somewhere we could walk to from the Mercure hotel, and Bo Bun came up on trip advisor. A great choice - we had one of the bo bun beef dishes and Vietnamese chicken curry. Both were delicious. Puddings looked good - we had a little chocolate cake with custard, very nice, though probably not very Vietnamese! All reasonably priced and helpful service - though no English. We'd go back again.

Very good dishes despite the little choice however the quality is at the rendezvous. I recommend it to people who want to taste Vietnamese.
