Despite my calm and professional demeanor, she did not apologize. My mother ended up taking over the call, but Shannon hung up on her after yelling at us. I will be reaching out to corporate about this issue. As a long-time customer from Illinois, I expected much better.
The crust tasted just like the low-quality crust from Little Caesar's. They claim it's buttery, but that's not true. I'd rather go for Little Caesar's since I know what to expect from their pizza.
I found the deep dish pizza to be excessively salty, soggy, and honestly quite unpleasant. I won't be ordering it again—my dog wouldn’t even touch it! What a disappointment!
Really only a carry out or delivery, but great buttery crust, with lots Chicago style cheese!
Tried to order online, they have updated the web site taken it from very user friendly to not so user friendly. Oh well that is progress.
