Wendy's - Schenectady

The food was enjoyable. I tried the new mozzarella chicken and the peppermint frosty, which has a very strong peppermint flavor. Overall, I'd rate the food a 4 out of 5.

I've visited the Wendy's on Altamont Ave four times recently, and each time the food has been disappointing. I hoped it would improve, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. Either the orders are consistently incorrect, or the food quality is poor. I would recommend steering clear of the Wendy's on Altamont Ave.

We waited 20 minutes before we reached the order counter. When we placed our order, the man who took it was gruff and extremely rude. We moved to a window seat, and he snatched the money from my partner's hand. Is this really what our society has come to? Rude and disrespectful people? On a positive note, the food was quite good, earning a 4 out of 5.

Much better service than the wendys on rt7, but the shortened me a breakfast sandwich for which I was charged. rectified as I again thru drive thru

Customer service poor. No management, understaffed, and staff posing as manager. Tried ordering breakfast, waited outside at the drive thru to order at intercom for approx. 20 min, knocked on drive through window, and went inside to ask to speak to a manager. Female(s) were present would not give full names or info to make a complaint. I was told to find it online and they walked away. No name tags, appropriate uniform, and highly unprofessional. Claimed the store would open at 8am. I asked why wasn’t a sign put on the door since it is posted as being open at 7am or why didn’t anyone announce it on the drive-thru intercom. Employees were rude and did not attempt to rectify the situation. Very disappointing and I’m obviously dissatisfied. Also,made a complaint online. We will see if there’s any resolution. Time is money and my time is valuable. Hopefully, Wendy’s Mgmnt will address my complaint.
