Przekaż informację zwrotnąMy family moved to Rotterdam and we liked this place for a while (despite the cpl instances of overcooked sweet and sour chicken) but then they started to change things that was not correctly reflected in their online ordering. This has happened 3 times so far where we have submitted and paid for an order and received something different. They tell us it's on their new menu but it's not online and they did not even call to tell us after the order was submitted of the changes or that we wouldn't be getting what we actually ordered. It has been great time between each order we thought things would have been corrected. After paying the $3 delivery fee and tip we still had to go to the restaurant and get our order straightened out each time, and they aren't kind about correcting their own mistakes.
Since when do they not honor the coupons printed on the menu? One of them told me they haven't used coupons since 2022, even though I used one last Christmas Eve. Either way, wouldn't you throw in a couple lousy egg rolls on a 50 dollar order to keep a customer? I canceled and will not be ordering there again.
