Noodles And Company - Schaumburg

The food was good, but while I was eating I looked up at the vents (my daughter pointed up) and I noticed all the dust/mold on the wooden planks and on the round light. Definitely lost my appetite fast.

This was the worst noodles We have ever been to! Not only was the restaurant dirty, the food was horrible and nothing like we have had over the years at different locations. The pad Thai was more like a bowl of scrambled eggs with a side of noodles, thebathrooms look like somebody dumped their garbage all over the place, there was no ice, no straws, no nothing. This is a verymismanaged location from all aspects and we will definitely not be coming back here! Extremely disappointing!

Chose to try Noodles and Company for dinner at our hotel. The website was very user friendly for choosing and ordering. Food was hot and excellent. Ate Noodles and Company twice while here. Great stuff...keep up the great food and service.

Staff was kind of rude. Requested no green onions due to my wife's intolerance and they forgot to leave it off. Their fix was to hand pick it out which they did a terrible job. The food was a little under cooked. Would not recommend this location

Pretty gross I gotta say. 20 minute wait for food cooked, noodles dripping in oil, no flavor, portions are very small. Store is a mess with garbage overflowing, just stacked up.
