Lou Malnati's Pizzeria Carry Out

Ordered it using door dash. For a large size it was pretty good for 3 people. Other places call it large and it's really medium looking. But here the pizza was good in size, and it was excellent quality. In terms of timing, it took the usual 1 hour to get delivered. I called the location, and the customer service was excellent very polite and great attitude. I will be ordering from her more often. Great place!

Had to be the worst pizza I ever tasted. Disgusting. Will never order from here again. I give them 1 star just for delivering it.

I recently had a late night takeout experience at Lou Malnati's in Schaumburg, and overall, it was a positive experience. I ordered a personal pan deep dish pizza with sausage and pepperoni. The manager at the location was friendly and helpful, making the ordering process smooth. The restaurant is situated in a strip mall, which provided ample parking options. However, it's worth noting that there was little to no seating available for dine-in customers. This is something to consider if you're looking for a place to sit and enjoy your meal. In terms of the pizza itself, it had the traditional Lou Malnati's taste that I love. However, I found it to be slightly on the bland side and undercooked. While the flavors were there, the lack of seasoning and the dough not being as crispy as expected detracted from the overall enjoyment. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still return to Lou Malnati's takeout location in Schaumburg. The friendly service, convenient location, and the potential for a tastier pizza experience make it a place worth revisiting.

They were so nice when we picked up our order! they double checked everything when we called to place the order and also before we payed when we got there. it was ready on time and everything was absolutely delicious. will absolutely be returning.

Terrible customer service at this location. Manager is an abusive bully. I placed an order for a Gluten-Free crust, deep dish, spinach garlic, 1/2 pepperoni pizza and was charged over $30.00 for a pizza the size of a dessert plate. was never given a receipt. I don 't eat meat- the pepperoni 1/2 was for my son. I pick up the pizza at the Barrington Rd. location. Bring the pizza home and pepperoni is on the ENTIRE pizza. I can 't eat it now. I called the restaurant and told them they screwed up my order and I could not eat it. I spoke with John, who just kept saying sorry, I put the ticket in as 1/2 pepperoni . I was like: I really don 't care what you put on the ticket- I 'm starving and now I have a pizza I can 't eat. Never said oh- we 'll make this right, we are are so sorry we screwed your (very expensive) order up. John told me they 'd deliver a new pizza with no meet on it- but of course I need to wait an hour. Mind you I 'm starving!! Then I get a call from the manager at Lou 's, never tells me his name, who proceeds to bully and harass me on the phone. The first thing he says to me is- I 'm the manager at Lou Malnati 's and I have an upset employee- and I need to know why . I was like I beg your pardon !!!! Not, I 'm calling about the order we screwed up- I heard you were upset, what can we do to make it right. He then bullies and harasses me more- accusing me of swearing at his employee- when I did no such thing. I had several people in my home who witnessed the entire conversation, because I had him on speaker phone. He was antagonizing me and lying, repeatedly and would not stop. It was the WORST experience I have ever had with a restaurant in my life. I will NEVER order from this location again- and suggest EVERYONE to order from a different Lou 's. This was an absolute nightmare.
