You have added about 12 ordering stations to optimize the entire process and we have our food very quickly and accurately. The food as usual was delicious and we had no complaints about the meat balls or salad.

I’m giving an extra star because I feel a bit embarrassed about having high expectations for an Ikea food court. I last ate here a decade ago and thought it was quite good. However, this time we had to wait for a salmon dish, which we ended up regretting ordering because it was completely tasteless. I guess my high expectations have let me down again.

As for the food, the dining area felt cramped, and the bathrooms were not well-maintained—sticky surfaces suggested a lack of cleanliness, which is unacceptable. Perhaps it was just a particularly bad day for the staff, but they certainly need to prioritize hygiene. Additionally, I noticed discrepancies with prices; they were different from what was displayed when I picked up my order. This inconsistency suggests a lack of organization and communication within the management team. Overall, this place definitely needs some improvements.
