Hooters - Schaumburg

The staff was nice and fast sitting. their Covid-19 supplies are stronger than many restaurants in these days, as many of the workers wear masks and several tables are closed to provide segregation for diners. eating hasn't changed, but that's good.

That was my first time after hooters and I was very happy. the waiters/hosts were friendly and attentive. the personal looked great.

Foods fine I guess..staff is lame. I had more interaction with the dry cook then our server…missing items in our takeout order…waiting prob 30 min longer then necessary out bag was sitting right in front out us. Was willing to spend more money on beer and so we’re my friends but we were never re-approached while we were there.

Wanted to enjoy a nice tasty dinner with my friends but guess went to the wrong place. Ordered traditional medium wings and they tasted like chicken nuggets from Mcdonalds. No silverware was offered therefore we told Chloe about it and she took about 15 minutes to finally give us the silverware so we can finally eat our food cold since it was cooled down by then. If you want to visit hooters next time bring your own silverware and sauce for very dry wings. Another thing is we wanted to get dessert but before we can order any Chloe placed the check on our table without asking if we wanted anything else like any other server would do.

First time ever at this location. And I have to say it was a bad experience. We had reservations so as soon as we got there we got sat right away which was good .. then the waitress took our order for drinks and appetizers.. as soon as we got our drinks she took our order for the food. my friends and husband order wings. I got the burger well done because I'm currently pregnant and didn't want to risk in getting sick for eating it medium well .. as we were waiting for our food the restaurant started getting busy. It was past almost a 1hr for our food we notice people that arrive after us got seated , food was serve to them and they were ready for their bill. And we were still WAITING!!!! according to the waitress the reason behind the wait was because I had as for a WELL DONE burger I didn't know it took a 1hr for a well done burger and if that's the case I don't understand why my friends Nd husband had to wait for their wings and fries. When we finally got our food I notice my burger wasn't even well done , they asked if I wanted it replace but why would I wait 1hr additional for a burger again. They took 12- off bill for the inconvenience but i notice they charged me refills!I don't think that was good customer service as a manager I would have offer free refills and not even charge the burger that wasn't even cooked how it should've been. I think it was a horrible way of handling the situation! Be careful when going here Bcus if something is wrong with your food they won't be able do much for you but to make you wait even more!
