Dunkin' - Schaumburg

I loved this dunkin, but my youngest visit, I won't visit here anymore. I placed my order and put it in the window, I paid my ordinary order, did not receive everything I had just ordered. Girl in the window said that I never paid for all items because they forget long story cure, this girl new or not trying to overload. she said she couldn't give me a reception at the moment. which proves my point that she actually tried to cheat and overload me. you better go to another dunkin, or just make home.

I live near this dd so order here in the last 3 years! in the last 1-2 months the service was the worst. there is probably a Mexican girl on the heavier who is over rude. it happened to me three times with the same person when I said here that it wasn't splenda in him and instead of just giving it out, she was fighting with me, and she is the only one that is rude. all the others seem good. in which world it is ok to argue with a customer in the car. she shouldn't even work there.

Avoid this dunkin cost to all. the service here was shockingly bad for the last 6 months or so. For example, at my last visit my mobile order could not be found first and then be made incorrect (sugar was added to our ice cream.) when we returned to demand that it is made again without the sugar, one of the workers said loudly on the other. in there is no sugar with a tied ton as if we lie just to get a free drink. putting sugar into an ice cream is a more understandable mistake, but it is also very easy to say that the sugar is there, as it sits at the bottom of the cup and tastes grainy. So I said there is 100% sugar in this, I tasted it, they would wish I pour out the cup and show them who the coworker please told me to stop as if I were unnecessary escalating the situation. the kicker is when we got the restored drink, it also had sugar in it. it was a strange unnecessary time and energy waste to try to get the drinks as we ordered them and at the end we just abandoned. this is not the first incident of bad service we have received at this site, and not even the worst, but with so many other dunkins in the opposite, it will be the last.

Waited so long for an iced coffee people behind me in the drive up were honking. Finally asked for my money back. Four people were working so I don’t think staffing was an issue. Maybe try some training and managing.
