Chipotle Mexican Grill - Schaumburg

We always keep on this chipotle on the way to home from work, in which rule between 8:30 o'clock to 9 o'clock. this is the only one in our journey home. we love chipotle. but this place doesn't seem to care about quality. that's the third time I missed something in my order and a small amount of page was given. I understand that we are coming close to the closing time, but that doesn't mean that the employees can make our order as (from my speech) mist! we expect that we get what we paid for. tonight I didn't get a ride with my Queen Order, which comes with THREE pages. we got steak when we ordered chicken. that's not the first time that this happened. my friends burritos are also always soou badly wound, that they can't even remove the tin foil without it breaking down and turning into an salate. they work on their product quality!

I'm going here all the time for doordash as I'm a driver. I almost always have to wait at least 10 minutes for a mobile order. I had to wait an hour. Today I got something to eat that they were coming out. the personal is nice. management is terrible.

Chipotle worst ever! my wife came in to get our food for the tour. it had no chips and no extra tortilla for which we paid. When they told them that there were no chips, they already knew why I was at the counter and reported that they had no chips. they expected me to go home and find out I didn't get the chips I ordered. When I came home, I found my chip, no chicken, no red sauce and hardly any salate. I'm so disappointed. more disappointed that they don't have the audacity to actually tell what they don't have for their pickup orders. I had just picked it up and left, and I am very glad I looked at what was in the order

Don't go at any busy time. Complete **** show. Food is a mess. Skimpy on everything. 4 people talking to you at once. Trying to move you along so fast. This will be my last time at this location. This has happened too many times. The quality has gone way down. Terrible. Edit : after tasting my bowl.... HARD ASS RICE. My son used to love their rice. And it's hard. LOVE WASTING MONEY ON FOOD. This is unbelievable that this what they are putting out for people.

Honestly I've been coming here since 2002 and back then they were on top of their game but now, I don't know if there's new management or what. But there's all kids working there now. No management whatsoever, nobody to keep them in line. It's like they're actually retarded
