The booking on the Internet did not work, then I wrote several emails and asked for confirmation. Nothing came. No reaction. No confirmation no booking. But then I have an invoice. Instead of coming up against me, you were evil and rude and guilty of me alone. I would have been happy if I had offered a new date for the money as an excuse or compensation, but not that. Must be a 5-star hotel
A gift from my wife: Overnight in the deluxe room at Gran BelVeder, we booked another night. Of course, the special highlight is the use of the Baltic Sea thermal system (only for hotel guests). A direct access allows you to leave the bag in the hotel room and only take the most necessary. The hotel itself is top: the staff is friendly, polite and always had an eye on the fact that my wife did not come along when I ordered something special. The flowers ordered were also not mentioned before my wife, but only when I spoke directly with the reception. The rooms are clean, the beds relax. The restaurant and the bar invite you to enjoy and stay even if the evening card never corresponded to our taste (we delivered us outside). As a guest you will be super supervised and advised at any time. We can only recommend a visit. We were very satisfied and will certainly come back.
I had booked 2 double rooms for my daughter's birthday. Because of a Grippal Infect, I wanted to rebook. Unfortunately, Mrs Nena (reservation management) was unable to rebook. In a very unfriendly way, I was informed that I must cancel the booking (80% cancellation fees) and then make a new booking again. With such business, the hotel has definitely lost me as a customer.
The hotel boasts the international superior level of 5 stars. Therefore, I can only give my personal assessment at this level, which I believe to justify a maximum of 3.5 stars. At the beginning of the positive side of the hotel: Geological situation can everyone look at maps and I never find a criterion for an assessment. No hotel can do something for the location but you can subsume a lot by quality and service. Now to the hotel. The kindness of the staff is absolutely positive. Also the connection of the Baltic Sea bath and its equipment and construction brings me to a real recommendation. What I find absolutely positive is the availability of floating support for children. The bathroom also offers a wide range of products for services and applications. Unfortunately, there is also a negative view here that missing personnel do not make appointments available at short notice. Means to book or leave in time beforehand. But then what am I coming for? The service around the room is also positive to mention. Room service is always available here. The room is clean and is constantly supervised. But now to the predominantly negative points that have influenced my assessment: I always base my international experience here that the hotel claims five stars. Now to the facts: on arrival the reception is not occupied. Here it should be noted: the arrival was at standard times. the baggage will only be brought to the room upon request, but the service is fundamentally unavailable. To notice is positive the kindness. But what for me the biggest restrictions, or the biggest negative points, were paired around the restaurant and the food. Therefore no pictures of the rooms, but rather of table and eat. I would also like to exclude breakfast at this point, as this is acceptable. My previous negative eject refers to dinner and evening service. The instruction of the Oberkellner can be saved as he can't remember anything anyway. It is only to be noted for food: if you want to eat fried or simple things reasonably prepared then you are better and cheaper in the Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel. The service is inattentive, the table is full, it is not cleared you have no space when you order an X-course menu and just want to eat further. As a test I ordered a beef steak, unknown origin, which was excellently favored with roasted aromas. See picture. All in all beautiful hotel but the evening should round off the ambience. this destination was not fulfilled by restaurant and bar. Price and performance not justified. Wine rash 400% Cordon Bleu Level Lidl Deep Frozen) 20Eur.. everything from the combo damper .. nothing really boiled.. Shame
