We opted for the shorter tasting menu during our visit, which still lasted over two hours. I highly recommend this experience if you’re not in a rush and want something special. Each dish was artfully presented, and all the components were clearly well-considered. The flavors were unmatched, meticulously developed. While there were theatrical elements like smoke and liquid nitrogen involved, unlike some other restaurants where such theatrics can be a cover for mediocre food, here they enhanced an already exceptional meal. By the end of the tasting menu, we felt pleasantly satisfied without being overly full—an ideal balance that's often hard to achieve! We've dined at Michelin-starred restaurants that did not reach the level of finesse found here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We had an incredible evening at The Hare. Thank you for the thoughtful attention to detail every step of the way, including all the finishing touches in the rooms. The food was fabulous, and the weaving of the experience was exceptional, especially with Liz guiding us through it all—making it both interesting and delicious. I highly recommend this place without any hesitation. We're definitely coming back!

I just returned from a fantastic meal at a wonderful restaurant. The staff were excellent, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The service was top-notch, and the quality of the food was exemplary. I highly recommend it!

What can I say, but recognition. from the moment they arrive and are greeted in the lounge area in front of a glowing fire by liz, it is like a journey through a culinary wonderland. first drink and muse b 'ouche, the delectable. then they become their table, which is not cremated, since only 7 tables are available each evening to experience this dining room heaven. according to which tasting menu they have chosen for them, they then spend the next 3 to 4 hours eating the most delicious food accompanied by descriptions and explanations of liz as well as much fun and friendly chatter (if they don't want to be left alone to eat, in what case their desires are fulfilled for like everything else.) I don't really want to go into detail and the surprise of the dishes are just ruining and hoping when a Michael star is coming, I don't know why, as I have eaten in many restaurants and this besides the best of them. a final mention is the paired drinks perfectly paired and sometimes surprising, but never boring this was the best pairing combination my wife ever had. all I can say is bravo

For that special occasion or meal this is the one to choose. Hi standard of quality food.Served with in an unusual style.. Worth the money.
